After working with Distributors, we realized that most distributors “Don’t Know What They Don’t Know” when it comes to Digital and E-Commerce. So we created the DigitalBranch that serves Independent Distributors by providing Strategy, Design, Technology Selection, Launch, and Post-Launch through our agency B2X Partners.
However, along the way we realized that there are very few resources and communities for education for distributors that are learning how to go Digital. So we created this site as an educational and training portal that is 100% dedicated to the Independent Distributor.

Bob Lewis is founder and principle of B2X Partners. Bob is an industry leader in the areas of product information management and e-commerce. He was the founder of Enterworks, a PIM company, and of B2X Partners, a unique group of experienced industry experts in all areas digital, with an emphasis on B2B challenges. Bob brings strengths in all aspects of digital technologies and concepts, and is particularly adept at translating technical concepts into terms that those in the business community understand and recognize as valuable to their businesses. For the last 20 years he been advising both national and independent distributors and manufacturers on the application of technology, in the context of a comprehensive strategy to evolve and accelerate achievement of their business objectives.
With almost 20 years working in e-commerce, Justin King has been on the forefront of the growth and trends in B2B e-commerce. Justin is a Partner at B2X Partners and the founder of eCommerceandB2B.com and works with customers to help them understand and build e-commerce strategies that are visionary, tactical and have a meaningful business impact. In addition to strategy and execution, Justin is a leading speaker on B2B Customer Experience and eCommerce. Prior to B2X, Justin was Chief Evangelist, B2B eCommerce at Oracle Corporation where he built the go to market strategy for Oracles B2B eCommerce product. Justin previously held executive roles at software companies: Endeca/hybris, eCommerce Agencies: Rosetta and Brulant.
Jason Hein is an eCommerce expert and product strategy leader. He brings over 20 years industry-leading experience in industrial distribution, including at Amazon Business and McMaster-Carr. At B2X Partners, Jason works to expand content strategy and develop world-class processes for rich product data and optimized product merchandising.
Ashley Lillis is a seasoned eCommerce strategist with over 12-years of experience. As a member of the B2X team, Ashley works with small and mid-sized distributors helping them with strategy, UX, digital marketing, and analytics. Ashley heads up Design and User Experience at B2X Partners. Prior to B2X Ashley was with Rosetta, an interactive marketing agency, where she focused on developing eCommerce strategies for large retailers and B2B clients.
Stephan helps drive the strategy development and voice of the customer initiatives at B2X Partners. He has more that 20 years in international business leadership, organizational and strategic planning, financial analysis and information systems audit. He has 12 years of nonprofit fundraising experience through public speaking and media development. His innovative, assertive and adaptive personality adds to his broad and deep experience in developing new markets that require dynamic problem solving. Fluent in Chinese, and trained in Spanish, German, Russian and Papua New Guinea Pidgin.
Sarah Falcon is a digital marketing professional with over 10 years’ experience driving measurable growth, customer acquisition, engagement and retention. At B2X Partners, Sarah works to develop website relaunch and eCommerce marketing and communications strategies and tactics for measurable growth. Throughout her career, she has worked with startups, non-profits, as well as a number of B2B distributors to analyze, develop, implement and execute integrated marketing and communications strategies and campaigns.
Mindy comes to B2X Partners with over 10 years of Project Management experience, working with a variety of clients across B2B and B2C. She’s worked on projects ranging from static content marketing sites to full-fledged eCommerce redesigns, helping to lead clients from initial project concepting through post go-live support.
Kristen Lohman is a User Experience Designer with a unique skill set of user research, interaction design, and user interface design and a background in both writing and visual design. She has worked in the private and public sector, designing websites and applications that combine user, business, and development goals. At B2X, she strives to match client objectives with the needs of their target audience to enhance the user experience throughout the customer lifecycle.
